We Receive "vouchers" from vendors to pay for client services - I send those to the vendor for payment at end of month, should we be entering those under receipt only? because when applying payments i'm getting clients that are showing a credit - or im not finding a date to match the payment with an amount owed. so I am unable to select because it will give them a credit. any suggestions?
